Food is always great! The Waitress is the nicest one of all downtown Tulsa! Definitely a place you need to try if you like comfort food.

They were out of half the food by mid lunch and The fries and burger was just ok. I did notice that the catfish was microwaved, not fried to order. Our food got mixed up too

Food is always great and Ms Karen tops it all off as the best waitress in Tulsa and she really gives the place a heartbeat.

Philly was amazing! Super service, and very friendly staff. They treated me like a regular the first time in their store. Definitely a place to return to next time I'm in the area.

Good service, food and price, but a long wait time.I really think this place has a lot of potential with the food being pretty good and at a nice price point it is a good place to eat. When I went there I noticed they only had one cook and lady working at the front. The customer service was good and everything but the wait time was roughly 50 minutes. This was at the peak time during the lunch period so I would advise not to go around that time if you want a fast served lunch. I think if they could fix the wait time then they could be doing very well.When I went, I tried the bulgogi burger and it was pretty good. I think that is a very good choice. I will be returning to try other things and update the review.

Customer service is where this place stands out. The lady at the register was very friendly and helpful, offering to keep our drinks full and then offered to set us up with a to-go drink without our asking. She also helped another customer with an important problem too. The portion size is very decent, though it could be better. We had the triple burger combo and it felt like a typical 1/3 pound patty even though it was 3. The patties were nearly as thin as a dollar coin though about CD width. Overall the burger felt comparable to a Whopper from Burger King. The fries were good, with a very crunchy outside and hot fluffy inside They were a good size but with a smaller burger they would almost certainly feel light.

Nothing should change about this place... Don't change the radio, don't remodel, don't let Aunt Karen leave, nothing... It's all perfect! Highlight of my Monday!

I don’t know how this place has 4.5 stars. Paid almost $10 for 4 small pieces of chicken strips and fries right from the bag of a sams club. The gravy was so watery and had no flavor. Definitely not worth the money or the time. The man that made our food was very kind and hospitable though.

Interesting burger and sandwich place downtown. Old fashioned burgers and friends and an expanded menu of different entrees, largely fried foods with a few variations on burgers and sandwiches and of course, steak finger baskets. All around a nice, clean place with friendly and fast service. This is a counter order style restaurant and they’re great for a late breakfast or a lunch. All around good experience.

Love this place. Don't know which is better. The service or the food. Highly recommend trying.

Great fries. If you are looking for chicken strips chicken fried steak or a good burger this is your stop. Great homestyle cooking. Reminds me of the small town cafe I worked at as a teen

Great food and great atmosphere. Food was delicious and didn't wait hardly at all for our food. Our waitress promptly sat us at a booth with our drinks while we did wait. Cant wait to go back once we have enough money again.

This place is amazing! The people make you feel like you have been a regular for years, even on your first visit. The food is good solid comfort food. Every one of our party loved their order. Cheeseburger, steak fingers, chicken strips, eggs, steak sandwich... All great!

Good food, short wait, reasonable prices. I had the Korean bbq burger and my friend had the catfish basket. We both got large portions. Great lunch spot.

The food was good. I had the chicken fried steak sandwich and the meat was really thin but it was good. The service was ok, I think there was only one waitress working the whole restaurant.

Ms. Karen is the treasurer of this place. I look forward to going back. Food is good, great for lunch.

Great on lunch specials, as well for combos. Went on a Saturday, quiet as can be. Prices are decent for a combo. Especially for it being in downtown Tulsa.

Honestly, I have been wanting to try this place for a hot minute. Finally made up my mind to drive downtown...Yep! You guessed it! A TOTAL BUST!!! REALLY! The food might have been good, but I'll never know. The construction makes it virtually impossible to find out. Literally, there was no way you could even get close enough to read the lettering on the building. Maybe, I'll make it back downtown to have a steakfinger, but chances are, they'll be closed. Did I mention the have wierd hours? Yep! They're closed more than they're open. 😞

An old place with old food if you get my drift. 😆.. Seems like only a regulars joint that the "same people" patrionage it on a daily routine..

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. Philly cheesesteak was awesome and the bulgogi was to die for. Miss Karen is wonderful.

A Tulsa tradition and hidden gem. I always take family and friends from out of town. Has all the classics and a much-expanded menu, still working my way through it all but everything I've tried so far is great. Favorite is still the steakfinger basket. Lots of hot food! Bare bones interior but that doesn't matter. Great place for lunch although they have breakfast too.

There was only one person making all of the meals and I literally had to wait 56 minutes for food. I will never be back. I don’t care how the food tastes. It was a horrendous experience and on my lunch break. If you decide for whatever reason to go there, do not pay by card in case you want to leave due to the excessive wait......

Walked to the area from Cox Business. I was looking for a place to have lunch and ran to this small place. I ordered a philly Cheese Steak which at first I didn't know what to think about but once I tasted it I realized that is the philly cheese Steak that I haven't tested in a while. It left me wanting more of it! I however wished to let them know that I don't prefer too much cheese on my stake but that was my mistake. The ladies Working there were friendly and had good customer services and they value their customers.

Best steak fingers I've ever had!!! They get really busy around lunch time but it is worth the wait. My husband loved his mushroom cheeseburger.

Having worked downtown Tulsa for almost 14 years now, Steakfinger House has been a constant companion. It's a great place for breakfast and lunch with great daily specials. It's one of the few affordable places left downtown. Mr B owned the place for 30+ years and recently retired a few years ago and sold the place to a Korean gentleman that has done a great place making it his own. He kept Mr B's menu and recipes and workers, but also added his own. His Korean BBQ sandwich is amazing. So if you are looking for a great place to eat downtown for lunch, come check out Steakfinger House and get a hug from Mrs Karen!

Service was excellent. The staff made me feel right at home. The food was better than I expected for a hole in the wall, and I can't wait to try the Korean BBQ burger.

I very much enjoyed a Korean short rib (kalbi) burger and fries on a day I had jury duty at the nearby courthouse. Great little hole-in-the-wall diner with excellent and friendly service.

Ive been in Tulsa for several years now and I can see why this place has been open for over 30 years. It definitely rings of old school diner like shop, which is awesome. I met the infamous Karen, which made the whole experience worth it as she treated me better than my own family. The wait time during lunch was a bit long, definitely a place you want to call ahead for if that's available. I took my food to go, but when I got home it was delicious, definitely worth the wait. I would have gave five stars but the wait time was just too long for me in terms of a review. Otherwise it's a great place! Definitely check it out if your looking for something new!

First of all, the food is AMAZING!! Second, the waitress, Karen, was so nice and caring and made sure that anything we needed was taken care of! The restaurant itself has a very friendly and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

This downtown gem has everything you need, great food friendly staff and lots of seating. Everything on the menu is worth a mention. The Bulgogi burger is fantastic. Expect a little bit of a wait during lunch time, but isn’t anything good worth the wait? They accept call in orders, so you have no excuse.

Had a delightful experience. Aunt Karen waited my table like a full service restaurant...and the bacon gyro burger? Crazy delicious. My first time ever having bacon and gyro together.
